Two days ago, I had a lovely time trying Tiong Bahru Bakery's delectable range of treats. The highlight of the lot was TBB's new Ele-Citrus-fying tarts (S$6.50ea)! They come in 3 different levels of intensity, varying in their texture and flavour. My favourite was level 3! The combination of a sweet, firm tart and a citrusy, creamy curd was just heavenly. Let us also take a moment to admire the beautiful display that the team painstakingly put together.
