As part of Singapore University of Social Sciences’ (SUSS) effort to engage their Spirit Award Winners in creating their official speech video, we designed and facilitated a half-day programme which was conducted in 2 runs. The programme covered:

Speaking with confidence
Beginning with the end in mind: setting a concrete vision
Understanding my audience with Empathy Mapping
What makes a great story: must-have elements
Getting camera-ready: framing, lighting and sound
