FASTFWD FESTIVAL
JUICER LAB: UNLOCKING YOUR CREATIVE POTENTIAL
NEWCAMPUS
19 OCTOBER 2019
For NewCampus FestFwd Festival themed around Unlocking Human Potential, I created a workshop around creativity for the programme’s breakout session segment. Leveraging research into Graham Wallas’ pioneering The Creative Process in his book, Art of Thought (1926) and James Webb Young’s A Technique for Producing Ideas (1939) as well as neuroscience around creativity, I developed a brand new workshop around our own model for creativity. The session incorporated personal sharing, exploration of existing models and hands-on activities to understand our original model. The result was a lively and insightful class that allowed participants to apply our model to their new and existing ideas.
Our model for creativity in the 21st century and beyond:
🗣 CONVERSATION
A relationally-driven approach to gain new perspectives and ideas

(key pillars - Philosophy, Product, People and Process)
📍 MANIFESTATION
The power of a tangible representation of your idea
🎉 CELEBRATION
Positive reinforcement in neuroscience to increase creativity in the world
